Could you tell us a bit about your
company, and how you started
cooperating with Aquachem?
Unipool, a company from Tivat, in Montenegro, was established in 2005, and it
specialises in the sale, installation and
maintenance of pool equipment, filtration
systems, wellness and SPA facilities. In
the past 20 years, we’ve installed several
hundreds of private and public pools.
Which products from the
Aquachem range do you consider key for your projects? Is
there a certain line of products
that your customers specifically ask for, be it for private or
public pools?
What we find very important is that they
can answer any question we might ask.
The products that our customers specifically ask for are those from the Speck,
Astralpool and Aquark lines.
Have you noticed any changes when it comes to customer
demands? Which products are
currently most in demand, or

which options do customers
prefer for their pools?
Customers have become very particular
and they want pools with many attractions and the most independent system
possible so they choose equipment for
simplified use. Products which certainly
fit those needs are wireless robots, automatic dosing, filtration pumps and heat
pumps that can be controlled via a smart
phone app.
What do you think are the
biggest advantages you get
from your cooperation with
Aquachem? How do their support and expertise contribute
to a successful implementation
of your projects?
Our cooperation with Aquachem means
that we have a reliable partner that we
can always count on, whether it comes to
the delivery of equipment and spare parts
or their technical support. Another aspect
of our cooperation which I personally find
very important is the relationship that has
formed, and that has surpassed purely
business lines ages ago.
