COMPANY OWNER
Could you tell us a bit about
your company, and how you
started cooperating with
Aquachem?
Hello, my name is Adi Alikadić and I
represent A-Group, a company based
in Mostar.
Our cooperation with Aquachem
began 12 years ago and it has been
on-going ever since.
Which products from the
Aquachem range do you consider key for your projects? Is
there a certain line of products that your customers
specifically ask for, be it for
private or public pools?
The most important products from
Aquachem for us are the filtration sets,
which includes filters, pumps, and multiport valves. We also purchase a good
portion of piping. Another product we
consider crucial are heat pumps, which
have proven to be very good.
The products most highly requested
by our customers are precisely the
ones I just mentioned: filters and filtration equipment, as well as piping.
Lately, we’ve also had a lot of demand
for electrolysers, and this year we’ve
mostly installed Mr. Pure, an inverter
electrolysis device.
Adi Alikadić
Have you noticed any changes when it comes to customer demands? Which products
are currently most in demand, or which options do
customers prefer for their
pools?
Right now, the most sought after are
the simple filtration blocks with LED
reflectors, as well as salt electrolysis-based disinfection. We’ve also sold
a larger number of heat pumps, which
are ever more used in our projects.
What do you think are the
biggest advantages you
get from your cooperation
with Aquachem? How do
their support and expertise
contribute to a successful
implementation of your projects?
One of the biggest advantages of
cooperating with Aquachem are their
quick response times and strong
sense of responsibility of their employees who are always there to help.
Their support allows us to worry less
about whether the products will arrive in time, or whether there will be
any issues with our orders, etc. All in
all, we are pleased with our cooperation, and we are looking forward to
continued business transactions with
Aquachem.

“Setting up
distribution
in Bosnia and
Herzegovina
was particularly challenging. We had to
adapt the way
we work, and
find solutions
which fit this
new business
system. We’ve
faced certain
challenges,
but we were
able to overcome them
thanks to our
open communication with
Aquachem,
and everything went
according to
plan.”
