Could you tell us a bit about your
company, and how you started
cooperating with Aquachem?
I started Mi Aqua in 2007 in Bosnia and
Herzegovina, after returning from abroad,
where I gained experience and know-how in
the area of water and pools. Our cooperation
with Aquachem began in 2021, with the aim
of offering new and high-quality products in
Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Which products from the
Aquachem range do you consider
key for your projects? Is there a
certain line of products that your
customers specifically ask for, be
it for private or public pools?
We are specialised in building swimming
pools using the turnkey approach, and
the most important products from the
Aquachem range for us are: Kemenović
expanded polystyrene blocks, Renolit foils,
Hayward pumps and electrolysers, Espa
pumps and Aquark heat pumps. These
products play a key role in the implementation of our projects, whether for private or
public pools.
Have you noticed any changes
when it comes to customer demands? Which products are currently most in demand, or which
options do customers prefer for
their pools?
It’s only natural that customers are becoming
ever more demanding, and they are looking
for a more advanced automation for their
pools. There’s more of a focus on smart devic-

We have been using Aquachem products
in all of our projects from the very start of
our cooperation, and every project is challenging. However, with partners as good as
Aquachem, no challenge is too big. Each
project has its own specificities and requirements, but we can face all challenges knowing that they are always here to support us.

The biggest advantages of our cooperation
with Aquachem are their speed, support,
the fact that they are always there to help
