aminated sand filters are one
of the most reliable solutions
for maintaining pool water cleanliness.
Thanks to their robust construction and
high efficiency, these filters ensure durable and flawless filtration. These laminated filters are produced with high-quality
materials, they adapt to various pool
sizes and types, and ensure ease of
maintenance. Also, the benefit-cost ratio
makes them the perfect choice for any
pool owner.
Ivapool pool filter
The Ivapool laminated pool filter is a
first-class solution for maintaining the
cleanliness of pool water. It is made with
polyester fibres, which makes it extremely
strong and durable, and it is uniquely
adaptable to the existing filtration systems
on all pools, regardless of their size or
capacity. Its filtration speed of 50 m3/h/
m2 guarantees high efficiency and
crystal-clear water. The Ivapool filter is
available in four sizes, with diameters of
500 mm, 600 mm, 750 mm and 900 mm.
This diversity ensures the filter is easily
adaptable to the existing filtration systems
on all pools, regardless of their size or
capacity.
Practical design for ease of
maintenance
A pressure gauge and a clear plastic cap
are located on the top of the filter. This
design makes it easier to control pressure
and access the maintenance system. The
lower part of the filter is equipped with a
drain cap and mounting base, which enables simple drainage and stability of the
filter during use.
Selective ventilation and
high-quality materials
The Ivapool filter has a multiport valve
with 6 functions (filtration, drainage, closure, backwashing, recirculation, rinsing)
which provides flexibility for the user when
it comes to selecting the filter’s mode of
operation. Thanks to a PVC diffuser, water
is evenly distributed through the sand
chamber, contributing to a better filtration
and a longer lilife cycle of the system.
FUN FACT
Sand filters for pools first came into
use in the mid-20th century, when
popularity of private pools rapidly
increased, especially in the USA.
It’s interesting to note that the sand
filtration principle is inspired by the
natural process of water purification
through layers of earth and sand,
which nature has employed for
millennia. The sand within the filter
catches dirt particles as water
passes through it, leaving the pool
water clear and clean.
